Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

The product is returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Incorrect item shipped (wrong product, size, or color)

Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Custom-made, made-to-order, or bulk production orders unless manufacturing defects are proven

Return Review & Inspection

Once the returned product is received, it undergoes quality inspection

Review and verification may take up to 10 business days

Approval or rejection will be communicated via email

Refund Process
