Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

  • Order processing and manufacturing may take a minimum of 3 days up to 30 days

  • Timeline depends on:

    • Order quantity (MOQ)

    • Product category

    • Fabric sourcing

    • Design complexity

    • Customisation or private label requirements

     

📌 Bulk and made-to-order products are produced only after order confirmation

Shipping & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched only after:

    • Production completion

    • Quality inspection

    • Final packing approval

     

  • Dispatch timelines are separate from transit timelines

Transit Time

  • Transit time varies depending on:

    • Buyer’s location

    • Shipping method selected

    • Domestic vs international delivery

     

  • Domestic & international transit timelines may differ significantly

  • Delays due to customs clearance, weather, logistics congestion, or government regulations are outside our control

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to:

    • Import duties

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are communicated before order confirmation

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped

  • Buyers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Shree Tara Apparels is not liable for delivery failure due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

    • Unavailable recipient

    • Refusal to accept delivery

     

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) are borne by the buyer

Return & Refund Policy

Shree Tara Apparels follows a strict return and refund policy suitable for wholesale and bulk manufacturing.

Return Eligibility (30 Days Window)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is:

    • Damaged during transit

    • Defective due to manufacturing fault

    • Incorrect item shipped

     

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Used or altered products

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer-side damage

  • Custom-made or private label orders (unless defect is proven)

Return Approval & Inspection

  • All returns are subject to inspection

  • Inspection and review may take up to 10 business days

  • Approval or rejection is final and communicated via email

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after return approval

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • Shipping, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable

    • Seized shipments

    • Customs rejections

    • Delays caused by import authorities

Risk Transfer

  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched

  • Insurance (if required) must be requested before dispatch
